Please read before applying: applicants must be sponsored by a Tail Waggers member, a local rescue partner, or a veterinarian. Applications are accepted the first 10 days of each month; two are selected on the 15th via lottery.

Email Your Application

If you are prompted to choose a program, select your usual email app. If no email opens, you can copy our address and email us directly at tailwaggershopp@gmail.com . Please use the subject line “SNAP Application Submission” and include in the body of your email: Sponsor Name and Sponsor Organization (member/rescue/vet).

What Happens Next

If selected, you’ll receive a $125 voucher and the veterinarian’s contact details to schedule your pet’s surgery (voucher valid 90 days, non-transferable).
