Welcome to SNAP!
Our Spay Neuter Assistance Program is here to help pet owners access affordable spay and neuter services through our trusted veterinary partner. To keep the program running smoothly and fairly for everyone, we ask all applicants to review and agree to the following terms before applying.

Program Scope

Tail Waggers HOPP, Inc. provides financial assistance only for spaying or neutering your pet. We do not provide medical care ourselves and are not responsible for any complications during or after the procedure.

Veterinarian Responsibility

Pet owners are responsible for ensuring the designated veterinarian is qualified for their pet’s needs.
Before surgery, you must discuss any risks, concerns, or special requirements directly with the veterinarian.

Applicant Agreement

By submitting an application to the SNAP program, you agree to:

Use the provided voucher only at the designated veterinarian.
Accept full responsibility for your pet’s care before, during, and after surgery.
Release Tail Waggers HOPP, Inc. from any liability related to the spaying, neutering, or vaccinations performed by the designated veterinarian.

Voucher Policy

Value: $125 per procedure
Redeemable Only At: Our program’s designated veterinarian
Expiration: 90 days from the issue date
Non-Transferable – may not be given or sold to another person

Important Notice

Tail Waggers HOPP, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to ensure the integrity and sustainability of the SNAP program.
